Withdraw from a purchase here

Within 14 days of receiving the goods you may withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. Enter the order number and your e-mail address, then confirm.

How it works

1. You notify us. Fill in the form above or write to [email protected]. A clear statement that you withdraw from the contract and the order number is enough. The withdrawal takes effect when the notice is sent.
2. We confirm receipt. We immediately confirm by e-mail that we have received your notice, with the date and time of receipt.
3. We give you the return address. The address is chosen for each order individually and is always in the European Union. We send it, together with a list of what to put in the parcel, as soon as possible and no later than within 3 working days. If you receive the address later, your deadline for sending the goods is extended by the number of days we were late.
4. You send the goods no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of the withdrawal. Keep the parcel number.
5. We refund you no later than 14 days from receiving your notice, by the same means you paid with. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first.

Who pays what

• We refund the price of the goods and the original delivery fee, if you paid one.
• The direct cost of returning the goods (sending them back) is borne by the buyer.
• If the goods are defective or not what you ordered, we pay the return costs.

Condition of the goods

You may inspect and try the goods as you would in a shop. You are liable for any diminished value if you used them more than was needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Return the goods with everything that came with them.

When withdrawal is not possible

• Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons. This exception applies only where it is stated on the product page before purchase and the goods were delivered sealed.
• Goods made to the buyer's individual specification.

Defective or wrong item

The goods carry the statutory 2-year guarantee. If the product has a defect or you received the wrong item, tell us here. We will remedy the defect, replace the product or refund you. Do not send anything until you have our instructions: photos are often enough.
