Who controls your data

The data controller is MB Greenpack solutions, company code 307406622, Rūko g. 31C, LT-91275 Klaipėda. For anything about personal data write to [email protected].

What data we process and why

• To fulfil your order (performance of the contract): name, delivery address, e-mail, phone number, the goods ordered and the amount paid.
• For returns and the guarantee (performance of the contract and legal obligation): order data, the content of your notice, the parcel number.
• For accounting (legal obligation): purchase documents and the fact of payment.
• To answer your enquiry (legitimate interest in replying to a customer): e-mail address and the content of your message.

These data are necessary to fulfil the order: without them we could not sell and deliver the goods. We do not process payment card data: you enter them on the page of the payment institution Stripe. We do not send marketing e-mails unless you have given separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share data with

• The payment institution Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland), to process the payment.
• The supplier and the carrier that pack and deliver your goods: name, address, phone and e-mail, only as far as needed to deliver the parcel.
• Service providers that host our servers and send our e-mails.

We prefer goods shipped from warehouses in the European Union. If goods are shipped from a supplier outside the European Economic Area (for example in China), only the data needed for delivery are passed to it: name, address, phone. The European Commission has not recognised the level of data protection in such a country as adequate, so your rights may be protected less strongly there than in the European Union. The transfer relies on standard contractual clauses with the supplier, or, where there are none, only on what is necessary to perform your order (Articles 46 and 49(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation). How long we keep data

• Order and accounting documents: 10 years, as accounting law requires.
• Correspondence about orders, returns and the guarantee: 3 years from completion of the order.
• Enquiries not connected with an order: 1 year.

Cookies

The shop uses only strictly necessary cookies, without which the page and the checkout would not work. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If we start using them, we will ask for your consent first.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have them corrected or erased, to restrict their processing, to receive them in a portable format and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. We reply to a request within one month.
